[-] NCL's Free at Sea package requires mandatory gratuities and leaves you paying for daily necessities. As Doug notes, the $7,838 base fare includes free at sea, but then you have to add gratuities which in this case for Haven is $25 per person per day.
You also need to upgrade the Wi-Fi, because 150 minutes on a 7-day cruise is roughly 21 minutes a day. And don't forget the silent budget eaters like specialty coffee and water.
