When comparing NCL's Haven to Oceania's Concierge Veranda, you can't just look at the base fare. Oceania's pricing is clean and includes specialty dining, Wi-Fi, laundry, and concierge lounge access. On NCL, the Free at Sea package leaves gaps you have to fill out of pocket.

You also need to upgrade the Wi-Fi, because 150 minutes on a 7-day cruise is roughly 21 minutes a day. And don't forget the silent budget eaters like specialty coffee and water.
